During the three plenary sessions of the Forum in Varna (20-21 May 2005), the participants joined in an open and vivid dialogue. You will find out the variety of points-of-view, ideas and evaluations in the speeches of the Heads of State of the eight countries from the region and the representatives of the Presidents of the other three countries; in the words of the Leaders of UNESCO, the Council of Europe and ICOMOS, of the representatives of the European Commission and countries outside the region. In the Presentation you will get acquainted with the idea of the cultural corridors and their role for the sustainable development of the region and for its opening to the European cultural space.
