The House of Dud Mushaxhi is a rare example of a dwelling with a tcardak (a lobby) in the front. There are two halls on both sides of the tcardak. The plan of the house is rectangular, and it has two floors. The front part of the building was transformed, because of need to adapt to new living conditions. The house is built on a slanting ground. A part of the tcardak is damaged by the lowering of perimeter walls. Interior ornaments are deteriorated.
The Haxihistasa Family House is one of the most representative dwellings of the 18th century. The tsardak in the center is of high artistic value. The construction of stone stairs, crossed with gallery arcades and numerous vaults, is particularly interesting as a composition. The technique used for the construction of the vaults and arches is impressive. The ground floor is made of stone while the upper floor is of a light wooden structure.
