The church is situated 2 km. above the village of Psacha. The type of the building is inscribed cross with a central dome and domed narthex. The facades (particularly eastern façade) are reaching of decorative brickwork. The church was a donation of sebastocrator Vlatko and his family. Its walls were decorated between 1358–1360 with very reach and unique iconographical programme in many sections, for ex.: The Vision of the prophet Ezekiel (painted in the central dome), scenes from the St. Nicholas’ life; Donor’s composition (on the south wall), portraits of the rulers (on the west façade) etc.
