South East Europe has created a common space for a dialogue, where the culture plays an increasing role. Please, evaluate the remarkable consecution of summits in the region, with the participation of the big international organizations, which main subject has been the cultural heritage: the Regional Forum in Ohrid (2003); The Tirana Summit (2004); the Regional Forum in Varna (2005); the Opatija Summit (2006); the Summit in Romania (2007), the Regional Forum in Plovdiv (2007) and the regional forum in 2008 in Greece. These meetings mark a new vision for the development of South East Europe, with a key role of the cultural heritage.
